Capital and conviction. Prodct Ventures LLC is an independent venture arm within the Prodct family, focused on building aligned, sustainable, long-term relationships with early-stage medical device and medtech companies we’re working with.

How we work

  • Equity for co-development services. Client companies may receive reduced Studio rates in exchange for issuing equity to Prodct Ventures. We hold the position and grow alongside you.

  • Direct investment. Prodct Ventures makes direct cash investments into select companies, funded by partner capital contributions and retained proceeds from prior exits.

  • Aligned upside. Our team can opt into project-specific participation, accepting reduced rates in exchange for a share of the economics. That means the people building your product have real skin in the game.
